Position it.
Crop rotation allows you to group crops together according to their individual growing requirements and also reduces disease of roots and minimizes pest control.
Choose the best position in your garden to place the bed. Ideally somewhere which has at least 6 hours of sunshine per day. Our teams will give best advice on where we setup from the outset. -
Grow it.
Understanding your soil will be key to the growth of your bed. From the type of soil it is to the level of pH in the soil.
Ideally you want to aim for a neutral pH level. The pH scale runs from 1.0 (acid) to 14.0 (alkaline). 5-7 is the optimum level for majority of veg growth with some exceptions in cucumbers, Garlic, carrots and others requiring a mildly acidic soil. You can add fertilizers & nutrients to balance it too.
Our beds come with soil which is typically at 5-7 soil pH level so ready for the majority of vegetables to grow.

Protect it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
-
Water it.
Watering the plants is advised to do either first thing in the morning or later in the evening; this way the plants/soil will retain more water before it’s too warm.
Depending on vegetables and times of when to water are also crucial to the success; follow the links in the resource section for details on each vegetable types water schedule.
